Terms

Eligibility. You must be eighteen years or over to be a member of Oriental Attraction Club or use this site's members area. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Term. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the site and/or are a member of the Club. You May terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. You will be promptly deactivated. There will not be a refund of any of your membership fee. Oriental Attraction Club may terminate your access to the site and/or terminate your membership for any reason. If Oriental Attraction Club terminates your membership service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of the membership fee.

Member Disputes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other club Members. Oriental Attraction Club reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Privacy. Use of the Oriental Attraction Club Site and/or the Providence Christian Dating and Friendship Club Service is governed by our privacy policy which states that any information disclosed to Oriental Attraction will not be used, sold, distributed or bartered to any other entity or business.
